For everyone with kids out there, remember, they can sense your unease, anxiety and fear. So while you should still remind them to cover their mouth when they cough, and wash their hands appropriately also make sure they have some fun and light-hearted play in their routine so that they don't shut down.
Surfing With The Best Day Foundation 2019
When I asked our Ninja about it later, he said "It was the absolute best day ever, I can't wait to do it again" and he has spoken of it fondly. I've even heard him using the words "best day ever" in his play since then (it's a habit he has, where his daily life is adapted into his pretend play).
Treasure Abound! Join RNB and NJAW on a Jersey Shore Pirate Adventure!
So for the 2nd year in a row, A, myself and the NinjaBaby were all able to partake in the Jersey Shore Pirate Adventure event. For those that don't know, NJAW (or New Jersey Autism Warriors) are the online-facebook support-group for POAC (Parents of Autistic Children) here in New Jersey. The NJ Autism Warriors Facebook... Bernie Cooke Park: A Job Well Done!
While we didn't get to enjoy the park ourselves until Memorial Day (May 27th) and both playgrounds, and swing structures were fully loaded with kids of all ages, it really seems like the Skatepark designed by 5th Pocket Skateparks is what continues to shine about this newly renovated park.

JACKSON: SixFlags Great Adventure – Opening Day 2019
So Saturday was opening day, or possibly still pre-season, we aren't sure. But they are open for weekends this point forward. I had a chance to take some great pictures so I thought I would share them. -R
First Day of School(s)! 2018
Brick Schools will pick him up from there and take him to Pre-K at Warren H. Wolf. Or so we hope.
